The Cadence Scholarship program is launched and implemented under the Concern India Foundation and Cadence Design Systems Private Limited. This scholarship aims to improve the lives of talented students. Everyone belonging to the less or underprivileged sections of society can apply. This scheme will help them build a stronger bond and better livelihood in terms of academic careers.
This program was first introduced in 2016. It has continued to benefit 514 bright and deserving students until now. Students from any part of the region can apply. All the students who are pursuing undergraduate or postgraduate courses from the cities of Bangalore, Pune, Ahmedabad, Delhi -NCR can benefit from this scheme. Moreover, students pursuing any degree or professional courses, such as BDS, B. Pharma, B.Tech, and MBBS, can apply for this program. It has enabled them to achieve their goals and encouraged students to be more sincere and attentive towards their dreams and ambitions in life. Further, this scholarship will financially support the selected students for their basic educational expenses.
Eligibility Criteria of Cadence Scholarship Scheme 2024
Under every scholarship scheme, the institutes set eligibility criteria. To be eligible to apply for this scholarship program, one must follow the following rules:
- The students must be a permanent resident and a citizen of India.
- Candidates must study and reside only in the regions of Ahmedabad, Pune, Delhi-NCR, or Pune.
- The applicant must be from a lower-income family.
- Applicable for both Undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Applicant must have passed 12th std with a minimum score of 60% and above.
- Candidates pursuing postgraduate degrees must have cleared their graduation.
- Specially abled candidates and even transgender students can also apply for this scholarship.
- Students who are pursuing Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) and female students will be given first preference.
