About the Swami Vivekanand Utkrisht Chatravriti Yojana 2024

The Himachal Government launched this Swami Vivekanand Utkrisht Chatravriti Yojana to financially support deserving students who have passed their 10th Standard. The main motive behind launching this program is that the students would be able to continue their education after completing their matric examination. Moreover, the meritious student could be financially independent and help their parents by supporting their education through this excellent opportunity.

Benefits of this Scholarship Program

The top 2000 Meritious students in the general category would receive Rs 18000 every year or Rs 1500 per month. This scholarship program will enable the student to focus on their education. The best part is that the students can continue their education without financial pressure or worries.

Simultaneously, it will give them a strong backbone in building their career and achieving their dreams. Moreover, the Scholarship will help enhance the state’s education rate. One should note that the students will receive the stated amount for two successive years after passing their 10th examination.

Eligibility Criteria:

Student must have passed their 10th exam from the Himachal State.
Candidate must belong to the state of Himachal and be a Permanent resident.
Applicant should belong to the General Category.
Students must be regular at school with good attendance scores.
The student should have scored at least 80% in their 10th class board examination.
The candidate must be enrolled in 11th std or any other professional and technical courses to avail of this Scholarship Scheme.
Applicant must not be under any government or private Scheme.

Documents Required and Application Fees:

The documents necessary for applying to this Scholarship are your Marksheet or Certificates submitted by your School Board. Also, note that there are no Application fees for this Scheme.
